For some people it is really difficult to get to a regular class perhaps due to health problems, lack of confidence or other commitments. I am happy to meet with you for an initial consultation to asses your individual needs and what you could achieve from a regular yoga practice, and to spend time creating and instructing you in any chosen practices

An initial consultation will take about an hour and a half. It is recommended that you have follow up sessions on a monthly basis to give you a yoga session, to discuss progress and revise and adjust your programme as needed. In this way, over a few months you should build up a very varied and progressive programme of yoga that develops as your needs and situation changes.


This would comfortably sit alongside any other medical or fitness programmes that you follow.


Tulsi has experience working with people with a wide range of physical and mental health problems and disabilities and will help you devise a programme that meets
your current needs and the time you have available. A typical practice will involve some postures, breathing and relaxation or meditation practices.
