YOGA WORKSHOPS – 2012 programme to be confirmed.
Previous workshops have included, Harnessing the energy of the Sun, finding stillness through yoga practices, the chakras, introducing sound into yoga practices.
During 2012 day workshops will take place on Saturdays in March, July September and November - final dates to be confirmed.
Cost: £35 per day or £30 each if booking two or more workshops
Venue: Church Close Community Centre, Wootton Isle of Wight – transport from the ferry can be arranged
Times: 10am to 4pm
Bring: A packed lunch (hot and cold drinks provided) yoga mat, blanket and meditation cushion.
